Park Groundsman

Seasonal position with a possibility of permanent employment **

**Duties of work**:

- Ensure that all external areas such as car parks, paths and roadways are kept clean, tidy and well maintained.
- The siting and de-siting of Holiday Homes.
- Carry out fleet snagging and the maintenance of Holiday Home sales stock.
- Gas delivery to Holiday Homes as required.
- Provide an efficient strimming and grass cutting service around the park for excellent standards to be maintained and to improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all maintenance work that is carried out is in line with the Health & Safety policy to maintain the safety of all team members, and owners at all times.
- Consistently seek out new personal development opportunities including pre-existing courses found in the internal training portal.
- You have a duty to safeguard your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, customers and visitors.
- Working days Monday - Friday

You also have a duty to co-operate with Management to enable it to comply with its health and safety duties.
- Ideally have experience within a maintenance trade.
- Have experience of providing quality grounds and landscaping work.
- Experienced in the use of maintenance and gardening equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and Timekeeping.
- Customer focussed.
- Proven ability to work as part of a wider team.

**Clean driving licence and own transport required**

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £7.36-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- West Kilbride, North Ayrshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence and own transport (required)
