**Milk Education is currently in process with a fantastic secondary school within the South shields area, they’re currently seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to carry out a number of duties within a classroom long term with the possibility of permanent employment in the future.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Carry out the safeguarding and welfare of all children under your supervision.**
- **Work strategically alongside teachers and teams leaders on a day to day basis to assist in the classroom you’re placed.**
- **Design and deliver interventions and in-class support to enable students to embed their learning.**
- **Participating in any training the school may deem beneficial to you.**
- Engage students with a purposeful learning environment which is evident in lessons.
**Role Requirements**
- **You will have previous experience of working with an education setting or similar.**
