**What are we looking for**:
The People and Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for the provision of high quality, responsive and proactive support on a broad range of administrative tasks related to People operations and recruitment ensuring data protection requirements are met.

**This role will be involved in**:
Provide administrative support to hiring managers and People Partners in navigating the hiring cycle to attract and retain the best talent to drive performance.
- Assist with the administration of interview arrangement for both direct and agency recruitment
- Manage and own all Recruitment advertisement boards such as Indeed, Glassdoor and Linked in
- Write and publish advertisements for all new company roles and regularly update depending on company changes and needs
- Accountable for all recruitment reporting required for Exco and KPI reporting and for the ‘Recruitment’ board report updates monthly
- Support hiring managers with using and embedding the ATS through fit for purpose training and ad-hoc support
- Provide administrative support to various People processes during a team members complete life cycle during their tenure with the Company. For example - recruitment, onboarding, leave, sickness, changes in terms and conditions and termination.
- Undertake duties to supporting the use of current HR Information System (PeopleHR) including inputting changes onto system, sending out relevant contractual information, ensuring the required team member’s data is correctly updated on the system.
- Ensure People related documentation is accurately maintained and safely stored electronically on various People related systems such as PeopleHR and any other benefits related portal.

**To be successful for this role you’ll have**
- Experience or interest in working in a high performing people/HR team
- Interest in people and recruitment processes
- Experience working in a customer focussed service sector eg. hospitality or retail
- Experience of collaborating with and influencing collaborators at all levels within a large organisation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong administration skills with attention to strong
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
