We are recruiting for Support Worker

**About Balance Care**:
At Balance Care we support people with complex care needs in the community, we are very passionate about the work we do and are in the process of developing our service. This is an exciting time for all as we are offered the opportunity to support more people achieve positive outcomes.

We support people with mental health issues, learning disabilities, autism, behaviour challenge, acquired brain injury, Cerebral Palsy, amongst other diagnoses.

We are a Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered provider and strive to deliver high quality and safe care.

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
All team members are conducting LFT tests twice per week and high risk settings wear PPE.

**Experience**:

- Support work: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Diploma in health and social care (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
