Gallagher Benefits Services (GBS) is looking for a TUPE Consultant on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting into our People and Culture Director, this is an exciting role, where you will work closely and supporting the People & Culture team with end-to-end Acquisitions.

**Your Role**:

- Lead Acquisitions, ensure all TUPE is completed within deadlines
- Devise and own the HR Project plan for specific M&A and Change initiatives, ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholders
- Work with the People & Culture team and project team to ensure the delivery of key project milestones on time and within budget, resource and policy
- Interpret and represent key HR policies, such as redundancy and reorganisation, and communicating with the HR team and managers in the business
- Collate and own key people data and undertaking detailed data analysis during the due diligence process for acquisitions
- Report, track and monitor progress and escalating business risks where appropriate
- Support managers by making recommendations and giving advice in relation to any employee impact as a result of project activity
- Have a good working knowledge of employment legislation enabling you to reduce legal risks, guarantee regulation compliance

**Your Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience with large complex acquisitions end to end including integration
- Resourceful and self-motivated with ability to adapt to various environments
- Ability to handle confidential matters in a professional way
- Strong Project Management skills
- Extremely detailed
- Knowledge of UK legislation, policies, procedures, and compliance and practices etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Process improvement and change management skills
- Eligible to work in the UK.
