**The Role**

Positive Care and Support is are looking for Service lead to join us to support our new service in.

Our new new development Co Durham. Some of the people we support have complex needs and can display behaviours that challenge.

You will be responsible for leading a team. This includes, carrying out supervisions, rota management, carrying out audits, writing, reviewing and updating support plans and risk assessments, compliancy checks and any other duties associated with the role.

**Positive Care and Support**

Positive Care and Support were formed in 2021 by experienced and skilled care professionals, with the purpose to work with Durham County Council to provide new services to adults with care and support needs. We have a reputation for high standards of service and aim to provide exceptional services that shape the future of the care sector in our area. In May 2023, CQC rated our services as Good across all areas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
