The organisation is recruiting MALE ONLY applicants in keeping with positive action provision within the Equality Act 2010 to meet patient need and employee safety.

The unit provides multi-disciplinary assessment, intervention and rehabilitation of up to 6 individuals assessed as ready to step down from low secure and locked rehab environments. Individuals are supported to move to more independent living within their local area.

The team comprises of a unit manager, two clinical leads, registered nurses and health care support workers. In addition to this the team will work alongside the new inpatient multi-disciplinary team including Consultant Psychiatrist, Clinical Psychologist, Behaviour Specialist, Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist, activities co-ordinator, communication development officer and is supported by a Clinical Lead Nurse and a Business Manager.
