**Old Vicarage Nursing Home** is currently hiring Health Care Assistants to join our dedicated healthcare team.

As a Health Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals in need, while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting patients with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Supporting patients in their mobility and promoting their independence.
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient care activities.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a high standard of care is provided.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices in a healthcare setting.
- A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
