**Job Role and Responsibilities**:
You will have an opportunity to make a difference in the local community for individuals in need and be celebrated and welcomed by the Willow Home Care family.

You don’t need to have any formal qualifications to become a health care assistant, however, you do need to have compassion and commitment

We expect all our staff to follow our company policies to safeguard both themselves and our client.
- Supporting clients in their own home and assisting with general house tasks
- Assisting with personal care and manual handling
- Support with medication, hydration, and nutritional routines
- Promoting client independence
- Provide companionship and access to the community
- To work alone and part of a team
