**So what’s the mission of the Senior Store Designer?**
- “To design elevated yet commercial retail spaces and break boundaries with your innovative ideas to create a playground for jewellery lovers”_

**What does success look like in this role?**
- Proactively pushing boundaries to design fun, flexible, commercial but practical stores
- Successfully managing the design process on multiple projects at the same time.
- Contribute to the company’s goals of more sustainable store roll out and construction. Have a sustainable and circular mindset at the start of every design and with everything you do.

**What would you like from me?**
- Take the lead in creating new design store concepts with the goal to become more scalable. This includes researching materials, fine tune details, researching potential cost reductions and translating A&M brand and values into the design.
- Keep track of and manage the Design Assistant throughout the process of the design to completion
- Collaborate with the creative & branding teams to ensure we are creating a cohesive omni-channel brand experience.
- Coordinate with project manager and external suppliers
- Create mood boards and transform them into CAD plans, elevations, perspectives, 3D images
- When needed, coordinate with external design agencies for the creation of a store. This includes but is not limited to: briefing, managing budget & creative direction to make sure deliverables are handed over in time, on brand and within budget
- Source materials, furniture and fixings for all store projects
- Project manage contractors on-site
- Passionate about retail design and its future
- Regular travel for site visits
- Must be prepared to work very hard autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be flexible and open-minded.
- Can stay calm whilst working on multiple projects

**What you’ll have**:

- Relevant design experience, preferably within the retail industry
- Passion for the A&M Brand
- A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills are a must
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
- You can juggle multiple projects at once
- A commercial mindset with a creative flair
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills

**Salary is £40-43,000K**
