Lounge Supervisor

Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lounge/Club Supervisor to join the Rapport family at our client's modern offices based in Paddington.

The Club Supervisor is responsible for overall management and coordination of Shared Meeting Rooms and Events Spaces as well as Back of House facilities. This is a great opportunity for a proactive individual with a strong background in Hospitality to take their first step into the Corporate Industry.
- Monday to Friday, Flexible working hours, depending on business requirements - we are covering events out of hours as needed_

Main Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this role will include
- Looking after a Club Host, making sure high levels of motivation and professionalism are maintained at all times, as well as investing in their development
- Being exceptionally customer focused and dealing with enquiries in a pro-active and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Coordinating the planning and delivery of all aspects for all meetings and events, taking complete ownership for each event from the initial enquiry, availability and diary management through to the delivery and follow up of all bookings including feedback and financial closure
- Working in partnership with all other service partners to develop and deliver events successfully
