Your Responsibilities will include but are not limited:
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise, delegate and encourage the performance of your team during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the store.
- Oversee and implement the 'Bru Spec' amongst all food and beverage production.
- Train and develop new staff, providing guidance and feedback
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment following strict EHO guidelines.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience working in a supervisory role within hospitality is advantageous but NOT essential as we want someone with a passion to learn.
We want POSITIVITY and people who are not afraid to learn. Working at Bru is not your everyday corporate environment and so we want people who like to PLAY HARD & WORK HARD
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £24,835.00 per year
