We are a bespoke consultancy based in Bedford, providing professional health, safety, and fire safety consultancy and project management services to clients, with the majority based in London areas.

**We are seeking an project management assistant to support managing and scheduling of projects, communicating with clients and contractors as necessary, monitoring works progress and raising status reports, supporting consultants onsite with surveys, completing reports, and general support as necessary.**

**The position is fulltime, based on full working days from 9am to 5pm, although when travelling to client sites additional hours may be necessary for the travelling times.**

We support mainly property management companies, and provide project management services for building refurbishments, fire safety upgrade projects, and undertake site survey audits for domestic and commercial clients and properties, and provide general business health and safety support.
- **You must have good knowledge and experience in using MS Word and Excel.**:

- **You will need to be fluent in English, and have good written grammar and spelling skills.**:

- **Experience in project support and writing professional reports would be useful.**:

- You will need to be able to work under pressure to short deadlines, able to multitask, be an all-rounder, flexible, committed, confident, self-lead individual with good communication skills and it is important you are able to work under your own initiative on your own, where necessary making decisions, and have the ability to achieve results, and able to work as part of a team.
- You should be living in or within close distance to Bedford.
- Office hours are normally based on an a 7.5 hour working day, but longer hours may be necessary when attending client sites due to travel requirements.
