Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and preferably experienced Lettings Coordinator to join our team. As a Lettings Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the rental process of properties, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining excellent relationships with landlords and tenants. This is a key role within our organisation, requiring strong communication, organisational, and administrative skills.

**Duties**:

- Manage the entire lettings process from start to finish, tenant screenings, lease agreements, and move-in/move-out inspections
- Advertise available properties through various channels to attract potential tenants, create property type ups, take photographs of properties and get the listing ready for portals
- Conduct thorough background checks on prospective tenants to ensure suitability
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed
- Address tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of all rental transactions and maintain up-to-date tenant files
- Stay informed about local rental market trends and adjust rental prices accordingly
- Develop effective strategies for attracting new landlords and tenants

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and documentation
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly in languages commonly spoken in the local community
