**Job Description**:

- A hugely rewarding opportunity for a Support Worker who has experience working with clients with Autism or Aspergers and complex social needs to join a Local Charity Organisation based in Bath.- Salary of £24,500 per annum (an extra £100 per week when on-call)- Contract: This is a full-time, permanent role- Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5 (working 1 in 4 weeks on-call)- Location: Bath**Fantastic company benefits including**:

- To assess and support clients to develop independent living skills that will enable them to move from low-level support to independent living.- Facilitate access to services that meet client health, social, educational, and employment requirements, taking account of client aspirations and needs.- Ensure clients are accessing and managing the benefits that they are entitled to.**Key duties include**:

- Build positive and effective working relationships and agreements with relevant external agencies.- Support Clients to engage in consultation events both within the organisation and in the wider community.- Ensure that organisational administrative systems, including Petty Cash and rent/service charge collection are accurately maintained and updated.- Work in accordance with the organisation’s Equal Opportunities Policy and with all its other policies.**The Successful Supported Housing Worker Applicant**:
