**About us**:
At Liberty Support Services we create and operate supported living services for people with learning disabilities, mental health Support needs and acquired brain injuries.

The services you will be leading at will involve mental illness, challenging behaviour and learning disabilities so experience in all these areas is preferred

**About the service**:

- Thornham is home to two gentlemen. Core Hours are 16 hours day, eight-hour sleep and in addition we have a team of Waking Night Staff.
- Driving Licence with access to a vehicle is essential.
- Full flexibility in terms of day shifts, sleeps, weekend availability required.
- Experience of Learning Disabilities, Sensory Impairment (Sight), Challenging Behaviour.

**About the role**:

- To support people with mental and physical disabilities to gain more control over their lives
- To support people within their own home/tenancy
- To maximise service user’s inclusion and participation within their own community
- To follow current statutory requirements and legislations
- To plan fun activities and games with the service users
- To prepare meals, administer medication, and clean the home
- To provide personal and intimate care
- To promote independence
- To assist and operate on the on-call duty system on a rotational basis with other senior members of staff

**Salary**: £10.33 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
