We are looking to recruit a Team Leader r to work closely with the Management Team and Senior Partner in busy GP Practice in Oldham.

Main responsibilities of the Team Leader are:

- Offer general assistance to the Management Team r in the day-today running of the Practice,
- Undertake a variety of managerial duties to assistant in the smooth running of the Practice including the provision of the basic HR function and support to clinical staff and other members of the practice team.
- Facilitate effective communication between patients, practice staff and other healthcare agencies.
- Overlook the managing the reception and admin teams to ensure the highest quality of patient care is provided at all time
- To plan and implement processes to achieve targets with GPs, Partners and Management Team
**Previous managerial experience in GP practice/NHS setting is desired.**

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
