Person Specification
- Graduate SEN Primary Learning Support Assistant

For this post, you must be:

- An academic graduate who has previous experience working with SEN children either in a volunteer or paid role and a second-class degree at the very least.
- Can show empathy and ensure that pupils remain engaged throughout.
- The ability to generate healthy working relationships and an eagerness to contribute in after school clubs.
- You should have the ability and drive to care for all pupils in this school and a calm, patient approach.

About the Role
- Graduate SEN Primary Learning Support Assistant

As a Primary Learning Support Assistant your role will involve you working within a specific class based on school needs and your own preferences. In this post you will be assisting teachers in the development of lesson plans and working with the excellentsupport of SEN department head. Mentoring and training will be on offer from a Class Teacher and the schools SLT Team
