Broomheads Estate Agents are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator for our busy Blackpool Office.

**Duties to include**:

- To update the database with new property details and produce relevant documentation to submit to landlord and external organisations as required
- To ensure that any amendments and updates are dealt with in line with internal processes that are in place
- To update relevant data using spreadsheets to collate figures where required
- To arrange viewings and valuations as required and update database and diaries with relevant information
- To compile and generate proof required for any advertisements by the required deadline
- To deal with any payments received in the office and/or over the telephone from tenants, landlords and vendors
- To ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly tasks set by your manager are done within the required timescales
- To generate leads for Financial Service products and EPC’s wherever possible
- To undertake training whether internal or external as and when required to improve your personal development within your role
- To undertake any other duties as appropriate with your competence, as required by your Head of Department from time to time.

Days of work: Week 1 Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm alternating with Week 2 Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm with Thursday as day off average hours per week 37.50.

Pay: From £22,308.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
