Our client based in Christchurch are looking for a Payroll Partner to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. Sitting within the leisure & hospitality industry, our client are an exciting and busy firm looking to grow their team.

**Description**

As the Payroll Partner your key responsibilities will be:

- Prepare and process monthly payrolls
- Take into account all pay elements including hours worked, pay rates and bonuses
- Manipulate data
- Dealing with queries e.g. tax code changes
- Oversee additional payment and reduction processes such as expenses and bonus schemes
- Assist finance team in paying PAYE and NIC on a timely basis
- Work collaboratively with the team

**Profile**

To be successful for the Payroll Partner position you will have:

- A minimum of 2 years Payroll experience
- Previous experience within hospitality industry (preferred)
- Good organisation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Offer**

Salary £28,000 - £30,000
