**Description**

The main duties of the Part Qualified Assistant Finance Business Partner are;
- Build professional and effective relationships across the business
- Own stakeholder relationships as agreed, being the first point of contact for analysis and support
- Business Analysis & Decision Support Analyse and interpret financial information in order to identify and highlight key financial opportunities and risks.
- Assist the business and senior management is performance management & continuous improvement
- Support financial planning processes and work with budget holders to ensure that their budget submissions reflect their strategic plans, are aligned with the business

**Profile**

The successful Assistant Finance Business Partner will be;
- Part Qualified or QBE Accountant
- Have experience in fast paced, cost management focused, financial organisation
- Well versed in delivering on time accurate results and value add analysis
- Experienced in senior stakeholder engagement and change management
- Well versed in preparation of business cases
- Commercially focused
