Yu Smart is a Metering Equipment Manager within the Energy Sector delivering smart meter and EV charge-point installation services. Yu Smart are currently recruiting for a Regional Scheduler, reporting to the Operations Support Manager, who will be responsible for all aspects of Scheduling/Operations support.

**Key Responsibilities - What We Need from Yü**:
**Here is a taste of what you’ll be doing**:

- Hybrid role of managing/scheduling multi-sites and supporting the scheduling team when required.
- Responsible for all aspects of scheduling multi-sites
- Managing multi-site clients/brokers to plan and schedule appointments.
- Communicate with Intraday/Field of any upcoming multisites.
- Ensuring New Connections and Provisional jobs are scheduled correctly with the relevant processes being followed.
- Support all scheduler’s as and when required.
- Record and capture details that will feed into management reports.
- Work with the team to ensure capacity utilisation is high.
- You will monitor and amend schedules as required to ensure objectives are met.
- Acting from initiative but according to procedure, you will identify complex issues and escalate these as appropriate.
- To take responsibility for maintaining an appropriate level of knowledge and seeking assistance from your line manager and/or colleagues where required.

**Relevant Qualifications / Experience**:

- Experience or the ability to understand complex schedules with a logical, methodical approach
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent IT skills
- Exceptional organisational skills particularly in time and diary management

**Desirable**:

- Experience of the Utilities industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Geographical knowledge
