Recruitment Administrator

**The working hours can be flexible between Monday to Friday 9-6pm
- minimum 20 hours and must have a ULEZ compliant car.**
- Travel to potential Clients and Cleaners households for viewing/ interviews on a daily basis.
- Assisting in all aspects of the recruitment, screening, booking interviews and following up with all potential new cleaner professionals.
- Ensuring all new cleaner applicants are compliant for recruitment.
**To undertake office or management duties at the direction of the office manager to potentially include, but not limited to**
- Typing up notes
- Ensuring cleaners files are up to date
- Ensuring databases are up to date including cleaner information
- Manage existing clients and cleaner phone calls.
- An overall positive, confident and friendly personality with a healthy attitude towards work.
- Excellent communication skills both in person and on the telephone
- Experience working with computer systems such as Google packages and be able to type and be efficient on computers.
- Good judgement of character.
- An ability to work on your own initiative.
- Great organisation skills, a methodical way of working and using time efficiently.
- Flexible approach to meet the needs of the business.
- Resides in or within easy reach of Woking (our main office).
- Be willing to drive around Surrey, Middlesex and parts of South West London
- Right to Work
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £15,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
