Our client is a global, strategic communications and marketing consultancy dedicated to helping ambitious technology companies change the game, build their reputation, and stand out from the crowd.

They are looking for a Creative Artworker to join the team and take the designs that have been created by their graphic designers and prepare them for production. Working directly with the Design Manager and the wider design team, the role involves retouching,reworking, or fixing designs and customizing typography, colour balancing, resizing documents and eliminating any inconsistencies across a wide range of assets. As part of the creative team, you'll work across a wide variety of clients and project, includingconsumer branded campaigns, B2B comms, Account Based Marketing, Demand Generation, and Brand. This means you'll need to be comfortable designing across a range of formats and channels, including digital design, graphics for websites, e-marketing, digital media,and print.

**Accountabilities**
- Create corporate designs across a range of formats using Adobe Creative Cloud and programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Create and execute on visual concepts and retouch images to ensure they meet print and web standards, such as colour, typography, and image libraries
- Correct and format documents before they're sent to clients
- Ensure artwork is consistent, accurate, and follows all client brand guidelines
- Set up, manage, and archive accurate artwork files and supply to relevant stakeholder, including freelance designers and artworkers
- Carry out proof-checking prior to client sign off
- Create web assets to size and scale
- Adapt existing artwork to alternative layouts and/or formats

**You'll bring**:

- 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Strong visualisation skills
- The ability to take creative concepts and turn them into executional artwork
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and programs like Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- If possible, knowledge of Adobe XD/Figma is ideal and Adobe After Effects
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with senior account managers, designers, and stakeholders across the agency
- Strong project management and reporting skills to provide progress updates at every stage of the design and artwork process
