**Salary**: £26,557

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Coordinating enquiries & measurement reports
- Processing, tracking & allocating enquiries
- Carrying out data analysis
- Checking reference numbers and data are all in place & correct
- Carrying out admin related tasks
- Dealing with suppliers
- Liaising, through weekly calls, with suppliers to update and/or chase queries

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential:

- Proficient IT skills (including MS office packages such as Excel)
- Knowledge of interpreting data for reporting
- Attention to detail

Desirable:

- Background in Quality or Document Control
- SAP user/experience (uploading documents, running reports & allocating tasks)

**The Procurement team**:
You will be part of a team that is responsible for buying jigs for Dreadnought programme. These can be anything from large steel structures to brackets.

The team receive design requirements and send drawings, timelines, material requests to suppliers for quotes. You will also be assessing lead-time & value for money before placing the order and from there handling all supplier queries and sign off on measurement reports throughout the build. The team will then coordinate delivery to Barrow and hand over to logistics.
