**The post holder will**:

- Provide the overall management for culture and workforce projects in the HNY HCP Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism programme.
- Provide leadership in this priority area, working with a wide range of partners and building constructive relationships to progress national and local agendas, including overseeing the achievement of NHS Long-Term Workforce Plan ambitions.
- Deliver to tight deadlines, understanding some of the sensitivities in relation to information handled and communicated as part of working within an ICS.
- Identify and overcome any challenges to project implementation through developed working relationships and negotiation skills.
- Deliver, monitor and report on project plans and outcomes as agreed with partners, managing risk and making changes as lessons are learnt.
- Be a strong advocate for mental health, learning disability and autism, inspiring new interest and support for this sector and its importance, linked in with education and health and social care
- Build strong and impactful professional relationships with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and joint working is present throughout.
- Chair monthly project meetings.
- Identify and support the achievement of key performance indicators for the programme delivery.
