**Operations Improvement Manager**

Full Time, Permanent
£40k - £45k per annum**

It’s a very exciting time at Carlton Forest Renewables as we launch our pioneering continuous pyrolysis plant. Ours is the only current technology that offers a sustainable and circular process for end of life (waste) tyres that can operate in island modeand is low energy, modular and scalable.
To support our growth, we are now looking for an Operations Improvement Manager who can support the senior leadership team in delivering our ambitious targets.
No two days are ever the same at Carlton Forest Your responsibilities will be wide ranging and include:
- Assisting in the development of the Renewables Division supply chain, implementing robust and reliable processes which ensue proactive management of key suppliers and achieve a competitive quoting and cost down methodology.
- Supporting the successful implementation of taking products to market to ensure delivery of targeted sales
- Support the delivery of the accreditation process
- Support the implementation and rollout of a Workplace Audit
- Develop and implement project plans to achieve key business targets and objectives
As we are in our early stages of implementation, the role will provide a great opportunity to make a real impact, be creative and set up effective processes to support our success.
- A proven track record of identifying and delivering significant, sustained business performance improvements.
- Direct management experience in a supply chain discipline
- Proven experience of successful implementation of taking products to market to ensure delivery of targeted sales
- Well-developed analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations and cross-functional teamwork
- Proven project management skills
- Experience of delivering training across multi functions
- Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Self-starter able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to quickly develop and execute a plan amongst ever changing priorities
- Strong financial acumen
- Great stakeholder and change management skills
