**The Role**
We are looking for a highly motivated instructional design professional, who will be responsible for the design, development, curation, production and delivery of a wide range of digital learning solutions as part of our apprenticeship, adult education and commercial training courses.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Working with key stakeholders and SMEs to design and produce exceptional digital learning solutions
- Working on the end-to-end process of digital learning design and production, including: scoping/gathering of requirements (including outcomes and objectives), user research, ideation, storyboarding, mapping learner pathways, digital content creation, quality control, and testing.
- Creating and disseminating a broad range of digital learning and multimedia assets including: eLearning, PDFs, presentations, infographics, learner notes, videos, animations, instructor-led (virtual) classrooms, digital assessments, interactive activities (incl. simulations/scenarios), etc.
- Working closely with key stakeholders (incl. SMEs, Product and Quality Assurance teams) to ensure learning materials are being reviewed, maintained, and improved on an ongoing basis.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in developing creative, technically-sound learning experiences
- Strong and varied digital authoring skills, to include software such as: Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Demonstrable experience in learner journey creation, content management, and assessment development within a VLE/LMS/LXP (ideally Canvas).
- Fantastic attention to detail and commitment to testing, trialling, observing, and continuously improving our approaches to ensure a great end user experience.
- Able to drive forward multiple projects simultaneously and at pace, planning workload, time and commitments effectively.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, able to work as part of a team and develop effective working relationships both internally and externally.
