Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team Wilmslow SK9 area. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises. Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitise designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard
  • Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
  • Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishments are needed
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
  • Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning activities
  • Assist with specialised cleaning tasks as required, including deep cleans or post-event clearance

Experience

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
  • Good communication skills in English to understand instructions and interact with team members effectively
  • Customer service experience is beneficial, especially when engaging with clients or visitors
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a professional manner

The hours are 5pm - 7.30pm Monday to Friday, this is only a 40 week site so working 38 weeks term time and 2 weeks deep clean thru the holidays. As it is only 40 weeks you work you will be paid pro rata at this site so paid over 52 weeks.

Pay day is 5th working day of every month

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
