Early Years Educator Level 3

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Your primary responsibility will be to support the development and well-being of children aged 0-5 years old.
Duties include:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for children
- Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other educators and professionals to support children's individual needs
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and daily activities
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates on their child's progress
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care
- Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations related to early childhood education
Skills include:
- Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children
- Ability to create engaging and stimulating learning experiences
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
