**Sales Administrator**

**Job Summary**:
Opportunity to develop creative skills within marketing whilst the business grows and develops.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales - Internal
- Work with Engineering and Business development ensuring tender submission completed on time
- Ensure quotes are prepared and delivered on time
- General point of contact for internal sales queries
- Recording and maintaining client contact data
- Support Engineers with client meetings via organisation, minute taking, advising and appropriate preparation
- Liaising with other members of the business support team and other technical experts

Sales - External
- Attend Sales and Networking events applicable to business requirements
- Plan Prepare and set up exhibitions demonstrating Hornbills capabilities
- Attend site commercial meetings as required
- Point of contact for clients for commercials / enquiries
- Responding to customers and other enquiries via social media channels

Marketing & Business
- Assist with promotions & marketing campaigns
- Assist with marketing materials/ design work
- Assist / Coordinate social media content
- Assist with business admin support

**Key Skills Required**
- Creative approach in terms of content and ideas
- Clear communicator, effective use of words both written and verbally, as a tool to demonstrate a professional image.
- High computer literacy with advanced numerical and analytical skills, to manage multiple data sets and drive insights.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative working and problem-solving style to model effective engagement with stakeholders.
- Commercially aware and financially literate.
- Collaborative and responsible.
- Good attention to detail and able to recall large volumes of data.
- Able to plan, prioritise and manage a heavy workload and delegate appropriately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
