**Opportunity**:
**We have a fantastic opportunity within our Highways business unit for an ambitious and talented General Foreman**

The General Foreman will supervise and coordinate site personnel and subcontractors, the reporting of all relevant site activities and managing the quality of work performed

**The person**:

- NVQ 3 or 4 preferred
- CSCS card
- First Aid
- CITB 5 day (preferable)
- Knowledge of traditional construction activities is essential

- Delivering projects to improve road journeys for millions of people every day

- Implementing hard shoulder running (HSR) and introducing smart motorway technology to give reduced vehicle emissions, increased journey time reliability and cost savings of around 40 per cent compared with conventional schemes.
