**About the Role**
As our Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive. You’ll play a key role in keeping our front office running smoothly while supporting our clinical team to deliver outstanding patient care.

**What You’ll Do**
- Warmly welcome patients and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organised calendar
- Provide accurate information about our dental services and treatments
- Maintain and update patient records with confidentiality and attention to detail
- Process payments and manage billing or insurance queries
- Support the dental team with day-to-day administrative tasks (filing, data entry, correspondence)
- Keep the reception area clean, calm, and inviting

**About You**
- Previous experience in an administrative or reception role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational ability with great attention to detail
- Calm, positive, and professional — even on busy days

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London SE9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
