Customer Service Coordinator

We are working in partnership with a luxury brand based in Shirley who are looking to recruit for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy and expanding team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service to join a fantastic team of people.
The working hours are 08.30-5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities as a Customer Service Coordinator include:
- To input and process customer orders on to internal system
- Provide excellent customer service to customers at all times
- Provide administration support to sales department
- Draft, format, and print relevant documents
- Enter order information on reports
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident in using Microsoft packages including Excel
- High attention to detail
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Shirley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
