Are you passionate about customer service, data and information? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an eRostering Administrator to join our e-Rostering system.

The post holder will be a key member of the E Rostering team and will facilitate the delivery by supporting all associated administration processes. The post holder will provide administration and helpdesk support required for the electronic rostering system.

The post holder is responsible for front-line support for e-Rostering system users, maintaining accurate records of and organising training, day-to-day management of the e-Rostering Systems mailbox and incoming phone calls, producing scheduled and ad-hoc reports, assisting with rollout activities, maintenance of the Team electronic filing system, ensuring accurate data is entered into the system.

- Provide first level support for system access and software issues escalating where necessary.
- Provide day-to-day support for e-Rostering system users, diagnosing and remedying errors or malfunctions where able.
- Provide system administration ensuring accurate maintenance of data within the system, allocation of appropriate user responsibilities and troubleshooting of issues / errors.
- Responsible for the preparation and distribution of daily and ad-hoc KPI reports.
- Monitor compliance with Trust Policy under the supervision of the E-Rostering officers and E-Rostering manager.
- To collect and prepare activity data as required including efficiency indicators on roster production, utilisation of staff and performance of the software.
- To provide data on an ad-hoc basis as required by Heads of Nursing, Matrons, Ward Managers and their deputies.
- Supporting the workforce of the Trust in the operation and development of the e-rostering system, ensuring effective co-ordination.
- Responsible for the maintenance of electronic documentation, including maintaining a library and configuration management system.
- Preparing and issuing agenda and papers for meetings. Attending, taking and distributing minutes.
- Assisting the team with administration and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting the relationship and communication with the chosen supplier through effective administrative processes.
- To participate in analysis and audit of information produced by the system
- To escalate all issues of risk or concern to the E-Rostering Manager.
- To monitor scheduled updates for the Allocate systems in use by the Trust and notify/escalate to the eRostering Officers/E-Rostering Manager when necessary
- To work on their own initiative and without direct supervision

- Ensure confidentiality at all times.
- Provides effective communication, maintaining excellent inter-personal skills when dealing with members of staff at all levels within the Trust. Liaises with other departments as required.
