**Dealership Coordinator (part-time 20 hours per week)**

**Stratstone Jaguar Land Rover Cardiff & Newport Service Centre (travel expect between both)**

**Basic salary of £13,500, pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services (pro-rata for part-time)**

As a Dealership Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our dedicated dealership team and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all dealership administration, contributing to the overall success of our business. Reporting into the Head of Business you’ll support the dealership with administrative tasks across numerous internal departments as well as supporting with administration within recruitment, learning & development, HR, insurance and processing invoices.

**You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with**:

- Efficiently handle a variety of administrative tasks, including maintaining records, processing documentation and managing communication within the dealership
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and support to enhance the customer journey
- Support the planning and execution of dealership events, including product launches, promotional activities and team events
- Serve as the central communication link between departments, facilitating the flow of information to ensure a well-coordinated, efficient operation
- Assist in managing and scheduling social media posts for our dealership to enhance our online presence, promoting Stratstone's brand across platforms
