**As an Active Living Support Worker, your responsibilities will include**:

- Working with our existing Active Living Team to organise and plan bespoke activities that can be carried out with a client in their home.
- Enhance the health, wellbeing, and quality of life of the people you support. This could include light house work, collecting shopping and meal preparation.
- Supporting clients to access the wider community for example: shopping trips, visits to places of interest, and appointments.
- Providing companionship
- Enabling carers to have a break from their caring responsibility.
- When required supporting clients with continence needs and medication.

**Your qualities must be**:

- Calm, caring and supportive of the needs of vulnerable people.
- Passionate about helping people and providing stimulating activities.
- Creative and responsive to clients wants and needs.
- Proactive worker and be able to identify how you can add value to each session.
- Thrive as part of a team or when working on your own.
- Take pride in your work.
- Be a good communicator.

No previous experience is required, as a fully paid induction will be given.

Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle is required for this role.
