**Role: Internal Sales/ Account Manager**

**Salary: £20,000-£30,000 + Bonus**

I am exclusively supporting a leading, growing company within the metal fabrication industry. This company are growing and are looking for driven, commercially minded sales executives to join their team.

This business do offer Laser Cutting and bending services, however industry experience is not an essential as they do provide training and support

**Package details**:

- £20,000- £30,000 (Dependent on experience).
- Part of the employability ownership trust
- 8:30am-5pm Monday
- Friday
- 33 days holiday (Inclusive of band holidays).

**Role details**:

- Effectively manage a portfolio of accounts.
- Continue to grow new business.
- Development strong relationships to close deals.
- Visit customers face to face to continue to grow the relationships.
- Negotiating payment terms with existing and potential customers to try to improve the return on.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Proven sales background (Desirable industries: Metal, Engineering, Manufacturing, Timber, tooling, machinery, fasteners, fabrics) still open for a chat if you have not sold into these industries.
- Commercially minded.
- Driving license (Desirable).
- Strong communicator.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Self-starter.
