**We have an exciting new opening for an experienced Cocktail Bartender / Barmaid to join our front of house team.**

**About you**:
You see the bar as your stage, knowing how to adapt to your audience. Finding the balance between personalised service and keeping up with the docket printer when it just won’t stop Speed, skill, compassion and curiosity will all be required as a Coppa Club Bar Person. Confidence in sharing your expertise and working closely with all departments within the Club is essential.

You’re passionate about building a rapport with new people, remembering your regulars and what they like, anticipating needs, and ALWAYS finding ways to make sure your guests feel special. You always contribute in creating a fantastic experience for our guest.
- Previous experience behind the bar in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment
- Experienced: Barista, Cocktail Maker and Wine Connoisseur
- Excellent organisation and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of bar closing and setting up
- Money handling
- Stock and waste accountability
- Available full time and flexible to work evenings, weekends and most holidays

**About Us**

Built around a central, brass bar that’s open on all-sides, Coppa Club has a raised lounge for working and winding down, a 250-cover restaurant with a marble herringbone floor, and a café with booths and a fireplace. Outside, there’s a large, south-facing terrace that catches the sun all day. All our seating is designed to make the most of our view over the river.

Our menu focuses on thoughtful, unfussy, European food from small plates and snacks to grilled mains, sourdough pizzas and healthy salads. There's a wide selection of breakfast and brunch dishes and the bar serves carefully-chosen wines, beers and classic cocktails as well as new creations.

We are open from early morning until late at night, seven days a week.
