**Experienced Bartender-full time only**

**Fish restaurant Borough market is looking for a FULL TIME bartender to our restaurant DISPENSE bar.**

The restaurant is a brasserie style, counts 110 seats inside and 40 outside. We are open every day and welcome around 2500 guests weekly. The service style is casual and friendly but professional and efficient.

**The main role**: Ensuring a smooth running of the bar during service alone or in team. Provide quality drinks, cocktails and coffees,stocking up, washing glasses etc.

General set up in he bar: stocking wine fridges,drinks, deliveries checks-drinks storing, provide efficient regular stock control.

Please note: We offer **full time** only for the position, you need to able to work flexible in our weekly rota, averaging 40-45 hours in single and double shifts, 2-3 days off per week.

**What we are looking for**:

- Someone who is reliable able to work full time in a weekly rota.
- Minimum 2 year of bartender experience in busy, fast paced service
- Someone who has experience working independently and in team
- Cocktail and coffee making experience is a must
- Able to and happy to work in busy shifts
- Passion for wine and drinks with a desire to learn
- Good command of English
- Well organized and energetic
- A strong work ethic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
