Management is supportive, hands-on, and will make sure that you succeed in your role. We have placed a number of people with them who has grown and progressed towards senior & managerial positions

**What is the role?**

You will be working on a cutting-edge contract, and the big aim is to stop re-offending. Together with their supply chain partners, you will provide specialist support to ensure that people do not re-offend by ensuring that they have a stable progressive release, with support around housing, family re-integration, drug and alcohol support (delivered by partner providers) and employment support (delivered by yourself).

**Targets?**

There are a range of targets to work to - such as job starts, specialist support, soft skills, enrolments or general support measures, so you need to be goal and target motivated with the ability to work independently.

**Where will I be based?**

You will be covering Ashford & Folkestone so you must be flexible to travel (you will be based at the closest probation centre near you)

You ideally have access to a vehicle (mileage is covered at 45p per mile)

**Who are we looking for?**

This is a great career opportunity for university graduates with a background in Criminology/Criminal Studies (preferably with some work experience), however we also would like to hear from those who have worked within the Employment Services sector as an Employment Advisor, Employment Consultant, Job Coach, or an Employer Engagement staff looking for a slight change.
