**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and bar supplies
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service delivery

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bartender in a busy hospitality environment
- Proficiency in bartending techniques and cocktail preparation
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage peak service times effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards in the restaurant industry
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
