Interim Head of HR Operations (6 months)

£70,000 - £80,000
A truly exciting business with huge growth plans has an urgent requirement for an interim Head of HR Operations for a period of 6 months.
You will have overall responsibility for all aspects of the organisations core HR operations, practices and processes, working in partnership with the Talent Acquisition and People Development Teams to support business needs and ensure the proper implementationof company strategy and objectives.
You will need to be adaptable in order to work at a high level, as well as being able to roll your sleeves up, getting stuck into the day to day. You will also need to have the flexibility to get involved in any area of the business where you spot a need.
You will be resilient and adaptable and ideally you will have come from a background of working in a fast paced, growing organisation.
The position will be largely based in Droitwich (3 days per week).
To be considered for this role you will be:

- Available to start in a new role at very short notice (2 weeks max.)
- Able to commit to the 6 month assignment.
- A proven Head of HR Operations.
