Are you looking for your first GM role after successfully heading up your department?

Accomplished GM that likes the thought of interim role at a picturesque property.
Our client is a well accomplished Hotel Brand with several properties around the world.
They are looking for an Interim GM to cover maternity (9-12 Months) at one of their Country House Hotels based approximately 30 minutes from Birmingham. With under 50 bedrooms, it will give you a fantastic step into General Management. The Hotel has fantasticHOD’s and team to support you to success and well-established systems in place.
A key area of the business due to the picturesque nature of the Hotel is Weddings and Events so it highly desirable to have experience in of the below:

- Weddings
- Events
- Sales
- Operations
As well as catering for Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Dinner, the capacity of the events is approx 160pax internal and they also have the added benefit of events in their grounds up to 300pax.
