Our consulting agency removes the boundaries to develop cutting-edge campaigns for our clients. We are on track to meet our objectives for Q1 and we are already starting to plan ahead. We’re looking to add to our team, and we currently have a Graduate Trainee opening to be filled.

**Graduate Trainee Role**

The first few months will be very intense, you will need to be able to learn and retain a lot of information, ensuring you have strong product knowledge and can represent clients with complete confidence and professionalism. Initially, this will be an entry-level sales and marketing role, mastering the basics of sales, marketing, customer service and team leadership. You will then take on more responsibility, motivating and managing a small team, conducting training, and ensuring all KPIs are met.

Your day will be a variety of office-based work and field-based customer and client meetings, and one promise we are prepared to make is that no two days are alike.
