We’re looking for a proactive and organised **Administrator** to join our busy Technical team, on a** 6-month fixed-term contract** This is a key role providing administrational and client support for Gas, Electricity, Water, and Fibre utility infrastructure projects, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered to both new and existing clients.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- **Administrative Support**: Carrying out all administration activities for the Technical team to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- **Design Updates & Drawings**: Updating design variations, requesting design changes, and ensuring all drawings are kept up to date.
- **Data & Database Management**: Keeping company databases and other project information up to date
- **Stakeholder Liaison**: Working closely with internal Technical and Operations teams to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
- **Problem Solving**: Investigating, resolving, and escalating client issues or requirements when necessary.
**What we’re looking for**
- Proven experience in a support or administrative role
- Strong coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proactive, motivated, and client-focused approach
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent is an advantage.
- Positive attitude towards customer service and understanding of its impact on business performance.
