**Are you an experienced SALES NEGOTIATOR looking for a new and exciting challenge?**

**Multi branch Independent Estate Agency are looking for a driven negotiator to join their team**

**Basic up to £22,000 DOE OTE circa £35/40,000 + car allowance**

If you are currently a **Sales**or **Senior Sales Negotiator** and are looking for an exciting job move with uncapped earnings then look no further.

Duties will include:

- Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
- Showing people around properties in the local area
- **Ideally min 2 years experience**:

- Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
- Matching customer needs for purchasing properties
- Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
- General administration duties with basic IT skills & data input
- Valuing/listing not essential

**Full, clean driving licence & own car essential.**
