Trainee Negotiator

**Basic salary £16-18,000 DOE OTE circa £28,000 + use of the pool car**

My client is looking for a Trainee Negotiator for their busy office. Full training will be given, in exchange you need to come from a sales and service driven environment and have the attitude to learn and be part of a successful team. Duties will include:

- Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
- Showing people around properties in the local area
- **Sales or customer service experience essential**:

- Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
- Matching customer needs for selling, renting and letting of properties
- Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
- General administration duties with basic IT skills & data input
