**The Day in the Life**:
The Guest Service Assistant is a key member of the hotel team, responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience across all areas of the hotel, including reception, restaurant, and bar. This flexible role ensures guests feel welcome, valued, and cared for during their stay, while supporting the smooth operation of the hotel.
