Here at Stonewater, we are now seeking a People & Places Advisor

Our People, Culture & Change team ensure our that our colleagues have access to People Services and support wherever they work, to ensure we deliver our customer promise.

Whilst this role incorporates lots of the usual HR elements, there will be a strong focus on recruitment; working in partnership with Blue Octopus, our recruitment partner, to manage the recruitment lifecycle. This will include providing advice to stakeholders,approvals, offer management, onboarding, and system administration.
- Be highly personable and pragmatic.
- Have some HR experience, gained within a fast paced, complex environment.
- Have experience of employment law and specifically, the recruitment lifecycle.
- Be an excellent communicator, able to build credible relationships with key stakeholders.
- Be a strong team player - collaborative, passionate and willing to help others.
- Be competent across a range of IT systems to include HR & payroll systems, SMT or LMS, and be able to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
- Be well organised, able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
